EAC declaration

Once the Russian documentation in the form of a technical passport, manual, security manual and laboratory tests (if required) has been prepared, an EAC declaration can be issued.

The EAC declaration is the manufacturer’s / declarer’s confirmation that the product complies with the applicable regulations. The EAC statement is issued on plain A-4 paper following a fixed template.

EAC certificate

After completing Russian documentation in the form of technical passport, manual and safety manual, simply wait for the results of laboratory tests and factory audit. If both laboratory tests and factory audits go as expected and there are no remarks, an EAC certificate can be issued.

For an EAC certificate, it is the accredited certification body that confirms that the product complies with all applicable regulations. The EAC certificate is issued on specially manufactured document paper with consecutive numbers.

Registration in public database

All products that have received EAC approval either through an EAC certificate or EAC declaration are registered in a common public database accessible to all local authorities within the Eurasian Economic Union. The database is used to check whether products are approved or not.
