Klassificering af varen. Hvilke tekniske regulativer skal anvendes?
Klassificering
Under klassificeringen findes det eller de regulativer som er gældende for det enkelte produkt. Det er regulativerne som er bestemmende for hvordan den videre EAC-godkendelses process er og hvad der i sidste ende er krævet for at opnå EAC-godkendelsen.
For at kunne klassificere et produkt er det vigtigt at vi har så mange informationer som muligt. Husk på at i som virksomhed ved alt om jeres produkt, men det gør vi ikke, så det er nødvendigt at vi får så meget information som muligt. Klassificeringen afhænger ikke kun af produktet men også af dets anvendelse og hvor det skal anvendes.
For at kunne påbegynde klassificeringen skal så vidt muligt bruge følgende information. Hvis i ikke har alt, så send det i har.
- HS-kode (-er).
- Beskrivelse af produktet.
- Hvad skal produktet anvendes til?
- Hvor skal det bruges? Fødevarevirksomhed, olie & gas industrien, vindmøller el. lign.
- Links til kataloger eller hjemmeside med beskrivelse af produktet.
- Har jeres kunde allerede specificeret krav mht hvilke regulativer og standarder som skal opfyldes?
