About us
EAC-Denmark was founded by Carsten Skov, who has worked with Russia since 1993. Until 2017, he worked as a director or as part of the management team of some of Denmark’s leading logistics companies and was instrumental in starting up their activities and offices in the former Soviet Union. Since 1995 he has lived and worked in Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Russia, Kazakhstan and Belarus.
Knowledge of customs rules, customs procedures, documentation and certification is necessary knowledge for the successful implementation and execution of a company’s export strategy to Russia, since unlike in the EU, it plays a disproportionate role in the entire import procedure from the manufacturer in EU to the end customer in Russia. Lack of knowledge can lead to lost orders and large unforeseen costs.
Over the years, we have built up a great deal of expertise and knowledge in the area so that we can today offer advice and service that is unique to the Danish and Scandinavian markets.
